Focus on the Outcome
An impactful quote I really like states,
"You can't change the beginning, but you can always change the ending."
This quote resonates with me because it highlights the power we hold to effect change.
You may be thinking of situations we can't change... such as when I had breast cancer. The Lord taught me to change the ending, with my attitude and decision to walk with Him through those long days, weeks, and months. I'm sure you have examples in your own life.
My Mama taught me this, "Where there's a will, there's a way!" God gave us that will, and He wants us to use it for our good and His glory!
When facing obstacles or setbacks, we can reflect on altering the ending, and this gives us the motivation that propels us forward. We can pause, and decide how we can shift the outcome. Then, act on it.
