As women, sometimes we find ourselves in a new chapter or season of life wondering what’s next? How should I move forward? What will resolve my indecision, my lack of contentment and fulfillment? How can I “live life better”?
Personally, as a woman of more than 60 years, I have been through many chapters of joy, and also of trials and sorrow. In this current chapter of my life, God has called me to walk beside women like you as you step into your next chapter.
As a trained, professional Christian Life Coach, I am now living out my passions as a Christian coach. I partner with women like you through a creative, purpose-driven process in doing what matters in life and work. Seeing women live life better makes my heart full!

What does this look like?
I meet with women on the Zoom online platform, and guide them into clarifying their blinding frustration and emotions, discovering their passions, gifts, personality type, and their needs and values. My part is asking questions and listening. Your part is digging into your core, sharing what is there, and hearing from yourself and God.
Through this journey, The REALIFE Process, my clients discover the right direction and next steps, leading them into their next chapter of joy, contentment, fulfillment, and peace!
